Leah Graeber goes off meds, kills a boy in a car crash and pines for Chris Brown

• Ohhh for heavens sake Southside, there is no way on GOD's Green Earth that anyone could monitor all the people in this world that take Psyc meds..that's about the silliest thing I have ever heard...Who cares if she is mentally ill, she made the choice to get in her car after drinking, whiling texting and smokin a meth pipe!!! HELLO!!! Get this woman off the streets..she will be just fine with her mental illness inside her little cell..give her pads if you must...and MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON HER SOUL.. R.I.P Joey B..

• The larger story here is that our psychiatric hospitals discharge hundreds of people every year into the community. Many of them will be just fine and adjust adequately. But many are just one impulse from doing the same thing Leah Graber did. People who leave the psych hospital often stop taking their medications. No one is there to monitor this. When they get off their meds all bets are off as far as what they could do next. We need a system that ensures people with mental illnesses are med compliant. The current one has no teeth in it and people sometimes die neeedlessly as a result.

• If she is so crazy- how is she sane enough to have erased her Facebook the day after the accident? Its an act... come one... She only needs the things God gives her, no meds... but then she also is God? Even a crazy person doesn't say those two things in one sentence. She is trying to avoid all that she has coming to her. Don't fall for it. She is doing this under legal advice. She is evil. Pure and simple. WCCO should be ashamed of themselves for even giving this woman air time. How much punishment does Joey's family need to endure?
