Valerie Czebotar watches boyfriend have sex in public park

Tonia Franklin and Anthony Hinrichs are charged with public fornication.

Arriving at the scene after a call from the cops about the couple "acting erratically," he was joined by police and passer-by Valerie Czebotar. She knew exactly what she was seeing: Her boyfriend, Anthony Hinrichs, in flagrante with another woman, Tonia Franklin.

Worse, they were pulling a crowd. And they were just yards from a community center with a load of children playing nearby. Not your typical August afternoon in Madison.

When the cops came, the couple had separated, and they were trying to walk away, "sweating profusely and covered in grass." They kept insisting they'd done nothing wrong, but Donkle and some fellow EMTs said they'd spotted Hinrichs' junk. And Czebotar said that while she couldn't see what was happening in "detail," she didn't need it spelled out for her, either.

Hinrichs was cuffed and locked into one squad car, where he began beating his head and feet against the windows.

Franklin was locked in another squad car "in a state of delirium," and started wailing, "I'm black, I'm black, I'm black," even though she's white.

And then there was Czebotar, who lit into Hinrichs with a verbal assault for screwing around with another woman.

The copulating couple were arrested and charged with fornication and obstruction of justice.

And Hinrichs? He has some explaining to do, since both women claimed him as their boyfriend.
