Kenneth Kratz sexts victim while prosecuting her boyfriend

A sexting a day keeps the district attorney away.

But he also managed to find time to bombard her with text messages -- 30 in three days -- trying to take their victim-prosecutor relationship to the next level.

He had his hands full. Around the same time, Kratz was prosecuting a woman who glued her wayward lover's penis to his stomach.

According to the texts, he was sure Van Groll harbored a seriously specific fetish for 50-year-old, married, elected district attorneys.

Some choice sext specimens include:

-- Are you the kind of girl that likes secret contact with an older married elected DA ... the riskier the better?

-- Hey ... Miss Communication, what's the sticking point? Your low self-esteem and you fear you can't play in my big sandbox? Or???

-- I'm the atty. I have the $350,000 house. I have the 6-figure career. You may be the tall, young, hot nymph but I am the prize!

-- I would not expect you to be the other woman. I would want you to be so hot and treat me so well that you'd be THE woman! R U that good?

She says she was afraid that if she did not return the DA's affections, he would drop the case against her boyfriend. Nevertheless, she complained to police. Incredibly, authorities seemingly saw nothing wrong with what he was doing. But even Kratz knew he was treading on thin ice -- he removed himself from the boyfriend's case.

Still, he insists he did nothing legally wrong, and apparently the Wisconsin Crime Victims' Rights Board -- which Kratz helped create -- agrees. They are not looking into the matter.
