Chris Kluwe whiteboards some "illegal hit" thoughts
In case you missed it, some NFL players are getting spanked for hitting each other "illegally."
Chris Kluwe's helpful advice.
The rest of them are being sent to re-education camps where their heads are getting filled with a peace, love and understanding video.
Vikings punter Chris Kluwe attended the political correctness confab, and tweeted a few thoughts.
He followed that with this little gem:
Great quote from the video "You can't lead with your helmet, forearm, or shoulder." I guess we have to karate kick people now when tackling.
And this one:
My wife is fining the kitchen counter for an illegal hit on her head. Now her vision is all blurry.
And he linked to a helpful whiteboard presentation. Seems he's a little concerned about equal application of the new rules.
The new rules are designed to protect offensive players from over-the-top defensive tackles. Steelers linebacker James Harrison was fined $75,000 on Tuesday, New England Patriots safety Brandon Meriweather and Atlanta Falcons cornerback Dunta Robinson were fined $50,000 each on Sunday under the new rules.
