Take pity on Richard Buss's colleagues at Madison's Metro Transit. They just wanted to give their buddy a memorable 62nd birthday present.

The transit employees contracted with 35-year-old Corey Burger to deliver the message barely-but-still-clothed in a teensie T-shirt and skirt with thigh-high boots.
She cornered him with a kiss, he got the message, and then the rumors flew.
Can't be having that, transit general manager Chuck Kamp said. Folks might get the idea that some nekkidness was making the buses run slow.
