Joseph John Sanchez shot dead in St. Paul

Sanchez was shot multiple times at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, most likely in the alley near Payne and Jessamine. His body was found outside of a home in the 1100 block of Payne Avenue. Several residents nearby called 911 about the shooting.
St. Paul police have identified two suspects, and say they think the murder victim was in a running feud with at least one of the suspects.
