Can't we just do a paint-by-numbers version of this? That would be cheap.

That probably appealed to the skinflint in Tim Pawlenty when he settled on Ross R. Rossin as the guy to paint his official portrait.

Or perhaps it was the fact that Rossin made an official portrait of former Presidents George H.W. Bush and young W. Very presidential.
