Can't we just do a paint-by-numbers version of this? That would be cheap.
Rossin is an Atlanta portrait artist that produces quality work, at a reasonable price.

That probably appealed to the skinflint in Tim Pawlenty when he settled on Ross R. Rossin as the guy to paint his official portrait.

Or perhaps it was the fact that Rossin made an official portrait of former Presidents George H.W. Bush and young W. Very presidential.

Your basic power couple.
Or maybe it was the damned spooky reality he brought to his works on Britney, Barbie and "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Sharee.

Other artsists have tried to capture T-Paw's likeness before. The JibJab guys, for example. That's T-Paw, about to get hooked, next to Mitt.

That's T-Paw, next to Mitt.
We suspect T-Paw will go for something more regal. Maybe even something vaguely presidential (just in case. In that case, Rossin probably shouldn't look to the famous "With fish and smokin' hot wife" photo for inspiration:

In case you're wondering, the "reasonable price" the Governor's Office budget will shell out for T-Paw's portrait will be between $25,000-$30,000.
