Mirengoff flipped off his own customers: Comment of the day

Mirengoff forgot that the customer is always right.

​Attorney Paul Mirengoff wasn't spanked in public by Akin Gump for trashing the religion of American Indians on the Power Line blog out of some misguided sense of political correctness, as his defenders said below our post on the controversy.

He was punished, and apologized, because he said something dumb and crude about some of his law firm's most important clients.

Get over it, says commenter BDS:

For those of you who are outraged at his being disciplined, do you mean to tell me that if you own a business and one of your employees is flipping off the customers, you're not going to do anything to get him to stop?
