Tim Pawlenty can tweet and talk at the same time, right?
The joke about the late President Gerald Ford was that he couldn't walk and chew gum at the same time.

The joke on Tim Pawlenty coming out of this year's CPAC conference is that he has somehow managed to tweet and talk at the same time.

Epic multitasking?

Nah. Just shameless self-promotion in the hands of a flunky.

The annotated highlights:

"President Obama is not behaving like Ronald Reagan- he's behaving like Jimmy Carter" #livetweetsless than a minute ago via Twitter for BlackBerry®

Because there's nothing like running down a fellow born again Christian, especially one who left office more than 30 years ago.

"Mr. President, stop apologizing for our country" #livetweetsless than a minute ago via Twitter for BlackBerry®

That's right! America can do no wrong! Love it leave it, baby.

"America's rightful place is not lagging behind China, America's place is leading the free world" #livetweetsless than a minute ago via Twitter for BlackBerry®

"Hu's your daddy" wasn't a question, it was a statement. Don't kick sand at the guy. Please.

"We as a nation need to turn towards God, not away from Him" #livetweetsless than a minute ago via Twitter for BlackBerry®

Which God would that be, and who gets to decide?

"We cut government in Minnesota, and if we can do it there, we can do it anywhere" #livetweetsless than a minute ago via Twitter for BlackBerry®

And the convenient part is, "we" get left behind to pick up the mess.

"We should not raise the debt ceiling. We should pass a constitutional amendment to finally balance the budget" #livetweetsless than a minute ago via Twitter for BlackBerry®

Because nothing says "personal responsibility" like defaulting on your obligations. Just ask John Boehner.

T-Paw drew yuks when he told the crowd, "I'm not one who questions the president's birth certificate, but don't you wonder what planet he's from?"

We're wondering what color the sky is on T-Paw's planet.
