He is a compassionate man, like many religious people are, despite the crazy things in their books or the crazy things their coreligionists do. You are missing out on a lot if you view him simply as a representative of his religion, as you do when you treat anyone that way. • I wonder, did Rep. Keith Ellison shed a tear when Maj. Hassan a Muslim who killed 13 people in Ft Hood, did he cry when that Muslim TV station CEO decapitate his wife after asking for a divorce? How about when Muslim father who killed his two daughters because he felt they were too westernized and then he flee the country back to the Middle East to escape justice?
