TCF Bank robbery in St. Paul caught on camera
Another TCF Bank branch has been robbed, this time in St. Paul.

Like the Uptown robbery we told you about yesterday, this heist was caught by security cameras. Unlike that robbery, however, no one was injured.
The pictures have just been released by the FBI.
At about 7 p.m. on Monday, a lone, masked gunman walked into the banks's Scenic Hills branch lobby at 1988 Suburban Avenue. He flashed a black handgun while ordering everyone in the bank to lie down on the floor.
Once everyone was down, he demanded cash from a teller, who handed over two batches of money. Then he threatened to shoot anyone if he heard any alarms, and ran for the door. The FBI says it appears he took off on foot.

The suspect is thought to be an Asian male, about 5 feet 7 inches tall with a slight build. He wore black pants, a black hooded jacket, a black mask, and white gloves and shoes. From the security photos, it looks as though his jacket may have lighter-colored stripes.

The FBI says the suspect in Monday's robbery may also have robbed the TCF Bank branch at 1503 West Robert in West St. Paul on January 3.
