Could somebody climb up there and wipe off the lens?
Let's take a moment this morning to break away from all the usual craziness in the world, and admire the handiwork of the Raptor Resource Project.

The organization has set up a nest webcam in Decorah, Iowa, to eavesdrop on a Bald Eagle mom raising her chicks.

We've embedded the live shot below, along with archive video of one of the chicks hatching.

Yes Hart, lets all get distracted from the coming worldwide insurrection. Over the next couple of weeks, the oldest chicks WILL peck the youngest and weakest chick to death. Then they will ether push the dead chick out of the nest, or simply eat it.

If you have sensitivity to this, do not watch as they say.
