Michele Bachmann glitter bombed [VIDEO]

More of a glitter sprinkling ...

Michele Bachmann was glittered by a gay rights protester at today's RightOnline appearance, making her the latest politician to be hit by this bizarre new form of street theater.

In the video below, the protestor appears to sprinkle the glitter on Bachmann -- hardly the massive glitter dump taken on Newt Gingrich, or even the wing shot that caught Tim Pawlenty with pink confetti.

The protestor yells, "You can run but you can't hide!" One wonders if this is a reference to Michele Bachmann's support for Bradlee Dean, the homophobic minister behind the "You Can Run But You Cannot Hide" ministry.

Funny, the leftist media would have condemned this action a few months back, especially in the wake of the Gabrielle Gifford shooting. I think someone should do this to a liberal Rep-Senator as a test.I wonder what the response would be. Maybe it's time for the right to act in such a uncivil way. This is the stupidest way of protesting. Grow up people. This just feeds the right-wing's victim mentality. Now they can pretend violent gay activists are attacking Republicans instead of having a civil debate. It's not like you need to cover Congresswoman Bachmann in glitter to make her look stupid and silly.
