Robert Lee gropes medical assistants on Rochester-bound private jet

​Nevada millionaire Robert M. Lee, 83, is apparently the kind of guy who thinks his bags of money give him the right to be a major dirty old man.

While flying on his private jet to Rochester for a doctor's appointment last September, Lee was joined by two female medical professionals, a paramedic/respiratory therapist and a registered nurse. The paramedic was helping Lee back to his seat, when the lech decided to grab her right nipple and twist it--hard.

"You do not get to touch me like that," the paramedic said, pushing his hand away. "Do not do that again."

But Lee was unrepentant. "I can do whatever I want," he said. "This is my airplane."

​Lee then reached across the airplane aisle toward the registered nurse, with his finger and thumb in a pinching motion. "That's what I'm going to do to you," he leered.

When the nurse told Lee that he was not allowed to touch medical staff on the flight, he repeated his bizarre claim.

"On my airplane, I can do whatever I want," he said, according to court documents. Then he told the nurse that she should be wearing a V-neck so that he could slide his hand down her top more easily.

Now, Lee, a collector of vintage cars and Faberge eggs, is facing federal assault charges in U.S. District Court in Minnesota. Here are the charging documents, courtesy of MPR.
