•  There are other children in the home as well. A set of twins age 4 and an older sibling age 10. I have baby sat for Socorro aka "Cocoa". She is irresponsible and lax on her parenting methods. She often leaves the kids with some one anyone who will deal with them. The twins are often left in the care of their fathers relatives (Thank GOD). Sometimes a cycle is created when a person like this becomes a parent. Socorro's own mother lost her parental rights of ALL 9 of her children when Socorro was only 9 years of age and she too was placed in protective custody later becoming a ward of the state, and was adopted by a good family. She has no parenting skills. Simple as that! Besides the fact that she barley has a 8th grade education,and was born addicted to crack cocaine she does not have the ability to verbally chastise her child. I mean come on you have to have the vocabulary and some sort of intellect to effectively disipline your child.... no all you need is compassion. even a person born a crack baby can muster that up, or maybe she is unable to display that type of emotion because she was deprived of it as a child. As an adult Socorro has retained a relationship with her addicted parent, who recently threw a pot of boiling water on her arm where there is a pronounced scar.Beating her kids is all this woman knows, or dropping them at the sitters. The first time I met the child that Socorro assaulted it was at my house on my front porch. The little girl runs up to me and says, and I quote "me and my sister have A LOT of step-daddies" . I tried to warn my boyfriend that this would possibly happen. I guess this is ole Cocoa's way of "Holding it down like a real woman should" Right Cocoa? Truthfully your not a woman your a ghetto baby mama that gives all of us decent black mothers a bad name( with too much time on her hands. ) I hope they put you  under the jail you and your sister with her illegally run daycare. You thanked God when I was having my tragedy. Now I thank God that you are in jail for being a bad mom.
