McNabb looked good in his first significant play as a Viking on Saturday
The new Vikings quarterback looked good Saturday night in Seattle, as he led Minnesota to a 20-7 victory over the Seahawks.

McNabb was the starting quarterback, and by six and a half minutes into the second quarter, he'd finished six out of six series for 81 yards. Not bad.

So far, this season is promising to be a whole lot better than the last one.

Saturday was the first time fans have gotten a good look at McNabb, who played in only two series last week during the first preseason game against Tennessee.

Even with first-teamers Visanthe Shiancoe and Percy Harvin out--with an injured hamstring and sore ribs, respectively--the Vikings played well during Saturday's match-up.

Coach Leslie Frazier put quarterback Christian Ponder in to lead the second team, and the rookie continued to seem more comfortable outside the pocket than in. Joe Webb played as the third quarterback during the 4th quarter.
