These two bought food, then stole a gun.
Champlin Police are asking for the public's help in trying to identify a local couple who are suspected of stealing a number of things out of a vehicle in a Cub Foods parking lot. A handgun is among the items stolen from the vehicle.

It's been nearly a month since the theft, and the cops can't yet say who this pair is. But they've got some pretty decent images from the Cub Foods surveillance camera, and now they're taking phone calls if anyone can figure out their names.

The couple are relatively fit white people, who apparently did a little shopping in the Cub Foods off Highway 169, and then did a little stealing once they  got outside.

The theft occurred around midnight on September 13. The couple broke into another customer's vehicle, then drove away in a "dark colored" car.

Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of these two should call Champlin Police at 763-923-7127.

Oh no white criminals!   I wonder if drudge will link to this?  City Pages could use 300 comments about how white people are inferior and prone to criminality.
