Zopittybop-bop-bop, 30, was arrested in a park less than a mile from the Capitol after police received complaints from neighbors.
The man known as Jeff Wilschke prior to his November name change is expected to be charged today with marijuana possession (big surprise!) and has also been charged with a probation violation for carrying a knife.
Reuters reported that Zopittybop-bop-bop told officers he would "get even with them" while being hauled to jail.
