According to a Minnesota Department of Corrections press release, Roderick Lamoryne Hamilton, 43, finished his prison sentences for first degree criminal sexual conduct, escape from work release, stolen property and theft on Nov. 28, and was released under supervision.
But just over a month later, Hamilton has apparently decided that for
whatever reason, he doesn't want to be supervised any longer.
Authorities ask anyone with information about his whereabouts to call
911 or the DOC's 24-hour tipline at 651-603-0026.
Hamilton is 6'0", 180 pounds, with black, shaved hair and brown eyes. He was last seen sporting a mustache and small goatee.
Level 3 offenders are sex offenders who have been judged to be high risks for re-offense. When they are released from prison, community meetings are held to inform neighbors about the offender and where they will be living.
