Chlan was a teacher's aide at Shakopee Junior High School in 2009 when she gave one of her students a ride home. Chlan gave the kid her number and kept giving him rides.
That summer, she drove him to a Kmart in Burnsville, where she performed oral sex on him in her car. Later that year, she messed around with the student outside Soccer Blast in Burnsville.
The teacher's aide pleaded guilty to felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct last December.
Chlan was charged with last March. The school district fired her last April. Police learned of the sexual misconduct after the boy began sharing video of the sexual encounters with his classmates, according to FOX9.
In addition to the 90 days in jail, Chlan must attend a sex offender program, register as a predatory offender, and submit to random searches, according to the Pioneer Press.
