Johnathan Beying allegedly began molesting his victim when she was 3.
Johnathan Beying has been charged with sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl more than 100 times, according to a criminal complaint.

The sexual abuse began when the girl was 3 years old, with Beying "touching and kissing" her breasts and "vaginal area." As the girl got older, Beying began "placing his fingers into her vagina" and performing oral sex on her. "Once [she] got older," he began having intercourse with her, twice forcing the child to have anal sex.

Beying would rape his victim "at least 'once a week,'" according to the complaint, and promised her a lifetime of torture.

"You are gonna do this with me no matter what, even if you do get married," Beying said.

On February 22, Beying, a 30-year-old who lives in Cottage Grove, raped the child, leaving injuries.

Beying was angry with her and said they were going to "do it tonight." When she said no, Beying forced her onto the bed and covered her mouth.

"Don't scream, I'll kill you," Beying allegedly said.

The girl reported the abuse to a relative, who took her to the Midwest Children's Resource Center. Doctors later concluded that the girl had injuries consistent with sexual assault.

When detectives interviewed Beying on March 1, he claimed that he began touching the child when she was "about five or six." He admitted to having oral sex with the girl and having had sexual intercourse with her over 100 times.

"I don't know why I do these things. I can't control myself," Beying allegedly said.

Beying was in custody for a different crime at the time the girl came forward with her allegations. On February 25, Beying allegedly punched his 45-year-old mother in the head after she picked him up from a bar.

Beying's mother fractured her orbital bone and he was charged with assault in the third degree.

For his alleged sexual crimes, Beying has been charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct. He is scheduled to appear in court March 16.
