A legal document prepared by Brodkorb's attorneys says: ". . . . It is clear that Mr. Brodkorb was terminated based on his gender...."~ ~ ~I respectfully disagree. It seems clear to me that Mr. Brodkorb was terminated based on the gender of the person he was involved with.

History shows us that it's just fine for MEN to be involved with their subordinates. But let a woman step over that line . . . .

All of this bickering!!! Look at this this way: Apparently our elected officials enjoy fucking. Obviously, our elected officials are severely underfucked. We need to stop this now. I propose a Bill that would allow our congressmen and women to given a free rein to fuck and get fucked by whomever they choose without any consequences. Perhaps we could have an event called "Fuck Fest Fridays" at the state Capitol, where any elected or appointed official could suck and fuck to their heart's content. a) Brodkorb has a point, a very good point. Women get 2/3/4+ chances while guys who get 'caught' are shunned for stupidity. As it should be. Or not.

b) And who cares, MB is a second-rate douche. Not even a first-rate douche, second-rate....

c) The amount of 'illicit' sex going on at the Capitol on both sides of the aisle has been an open secret for decades. Anyone with a set of functioning glands and working eyeballs who walks through either the Kelly Inn or the Holiday Inn (and recently the White Bear Inn) will find themselves witness to staffers, legislators, lobbyists, and groupies making their 'arrangements' pretty openly.

d) None of the 'mainstream' outlets in MSP dare to investigate or report on this because they will find their nuts cut off for spilling the beans and wrecking the party (see the ill-fated Channel 9 investigation of Gopher Hockey under-age drinking for a guide).

e) Anyone who is pretending to be shocked by any of this should be taken out back for a quick lesson on moral honesty and how things work in the Real World (like it or not).

Based on Brodkorb's attorney's own words, it appears that any woman they ask to give a deposition will have grounds to sue them for defamation.

On the other hand, if there is anyone in this state who knows the names of every adulterous Republican working in the legislature, it would be Michael Brodkorb.
