Scott Walker recall: "Adolf Hitler," "Mick E. Mous," Fungky Van Den Elzen sign petitions

With more than enough petitions verified, Walker now faces a recall election in May or June.

​Scott Walker is headed for a recall election, thanks in part to Fungky Van Den Elzen.

Yes, there is actually a Fungky Van Den Elzen somewhere in the Land of Cheese, and he/she was one of 951,053 Wisconsin residents who signed petitions to recall Walker. 540,208 were needed to trigger the recall.

Other legitimate signatories -- Princess High and Mohammed Ali. Whether Beezow Doo-Doo Zopittybop-bop-bop signed a petition couldn't immediately be verified.

It's not clear whether Beezow Doo-Doo Zopittybop-bop-bop signed a petition.

​The Wisconsin Government Accountability Board only discovered four fake names, which is amazing when you consider there were nearly a million petitions submitted. The infamous four -- Adolf Hitler, Mick E. Mous, Donald L. Duck, and I Love Scott Walker Thanks.

More than 30,000 petitions were thrown out by the board because of incomplete addresses, dates, or other problems.

If another Republican attempts to take on Walker, the primary election would happen May 8, with the general contest on June 5. In total, the gubernatorial recount election is expected to cost upward of $9 million.
