Man seeks restraining order, is denied, punches alleged harasser, gets tasered in St. Cloud court
| Skinner's day in court concluded with a tasing. |
Skinner, 32, sought a restraining order against an unnamed man, but his request was denied by Judge William Cashman.
As the judge adjourned the hearing, Skinner flew off the handle, approached the man who he alleged was harassing him and punched him twice in the face with a closed fist.
The court bailiff had a difficult time getting Skinner under control, so out came the taser. Skinner was tased right in the courtroom before being hauled away in handcuffs.
Talk about rough justice!
Following the courtroom melee, Skinner was booked into Stearns County Jail. He faces possible charges of fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
There's no word yet as to whether the man Skinner punched will now seek a restraining order against him. If he does and ends up being denied, let's hope he handles it more peacefully.
