Toni Bachman went missing 15 years ago. Husband Norman Bachman has denied foul play.
Toni Bachman disappeared 15 years ago, her last communications recorded via email April 25, 1997.

"I think Norm [her husband] is coming home to fight again," Toni wrote to a listserv. "Only this time I mean FIGHT in a much bigger way. He is threatening me with stuff."

Forty minutes later, she sent out another message advising that she couldn't chat because her husband was home. "Love You! Toni. P.S. He's staring at the screen too! I LOVE YOU!!!!"

Toni, 38, was planning to leave her husband of ten years. Then she disappeared.

Her husband, Norman, denied having anything to do with it and claimed at the time to have seen his wife two days later, on Sunday, April 27, 1997, but their sons didn't remember seeing her all weekend, according to a report in the Star Tribune. Blood stains were found in the basement at the time.

Later that year, Norman was convicted for assaulting his new girlfriend. In 1998, he was sentenced to seven years in prison for first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

The Ramsey County Sheriff's Office won't reveal more information about their investigation. But in March, they began a new investigation into her disappearance and received a new lead. Norman refuses to cooperate with investigators, according to WCCO.
