This morning, in a 5-4 decision, the United States Supreme Court ruled that Obamacare's so-called individual mandate is constitutional. Perhaps the big surprise was that Chief Justice John Roberts unexpectedly sided with the court's liberals.

You probably already know that, but the information may come as a surprise if you get your news from CNN. Because in the frenzied moments after the court's Obamacare decision was made public, CNN ran the headline "Mandate struck down," accompanied with the tagline, "High court finds measure unconstitutional." Oops!

As you'd expect, the Twitter-verse is blowing up in the wake of the Supreme Court's decision. Below the jump, we take a look at the top 10 local tweets about the ruling, some funny and some serious.

10 -- from Minnesota for Marriage's Andy Parrish

9 -- from Minnesota political blogger Eric Austin

8 -- from local Associated Press political report Brian Bakst
7 -- from Our Favorite Congresswoman
6 -- from local DFL activist Zack Farley
