Paul Summers disappeared Sunday and was found dead this morning.
Paul Summers, 50, disappeared from his mother's Highland Park home Sunday. He was found dead this morning, according to City Pages contributor and sister-in-law Joy Summers.

Summers was the son of the late Judge Joseph Summers, original co-host of Twin Cities Public Television's "Almanac" program.

Summers was reported missing on Tuesday. He left his ID, phone, and credit cards at his mother's house and seemingly vanished without a trace. His brother told Inver Grove Heights Patch that Paul suffered from severe anxiety and depression and was in poor physical health.

Reached for comment, Joy Summers said that Paul took his own life.
