Adrian Peterson is one of the highest-risk, highest-reward players in fantasy football drafts this year.
AP has been a fantasy monster through his half-decade in the league, but shredded both the ACL and MCL in his left knee just nine months ago. Though he's made a remarkably rapid recovery and may actually play in the Vikings September 9 opener at the Metrodome against Jacksonville, running backs usually take a year or more to round back into something approximating their top form after a devastating injury of that sort. So, fantasy football players, where should he be drafted?
Some local comedians take a Carly Rae Jepsen-inspired look at the to-pick-or-not-to-pick dilemma facing fantasy owners in "Draft Me Maybe," a new music video starring "Adrian Peterson" and "Tim Tebow."
Okay, so neither Peterson nor Tebow actually appear in the video, but still, if you can get past the painfully off-pitch singing (where's auto-tune when you really need it?), this is pretty funny.
Here's the clip, which was posted to YouTube by TBVideosMN:
