Officers mull around Accent's Bryn Mawr headquarters late yesterday evening.
Andrew Engeldinger, a 36-year-old south Minneapolis resident, was the disgruntled Accent Signage ex-employee responsible for yesterday's workplace shooting that left five dead, including Engeldinger, the Star Tribune reports.

Multiple sources are reporting that Engeldinger was fired earlier in the day before opening fire around 4:40 p.m. at the company's 2322 Chestnut Ave. W. office and production facility in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood.

Among the dead were Accent founder Reuven Rahamim, an Israeli immigrant who oversaw the growth of his company into multi-million dollar business specializing in signs for the visually impaired. According to MPR, Rahamin's son-in-law says other family members died in the attack, but he didn't identify them.

Rahamim's son, Sami Rahamim, offered up his reaction to the tragic news on Twitter:KSTP reports that a UPS driver also died in the attack. Two company executives remain in the hospital in critical condition. According to Fox, "police have information indicating [Engeldinger] may have been targeting specific employees."

KARE interviewed Heather Buckingham, a neighbor and former employee of the business.

Engeldinger "was a quiet, kept-to-himself kind of guy. [He was] kind of odd," Buckingham said.

Details about how exactly the shooting went down remain murky. Some of Accent's approximately 30 employees reportedly fled into the surrounding residential neighborhood as gun shots rang out.

Police arrived and began looking for the gunman. KSTP's Mark Albert provides a couple more details:

Guns belong in a city managed locker.    Take them out to hunt and return them when done.  Then a life event like this 'firing' should be presented to the city 1st to suspend the individuals gun use until they are evaluated, re-trained or re-hired, or sell the gun, before the 'odd' individual takes immediate bad actions on innocents and others.
