Rasmusson has won over $1 million in lawsuit.
Anne Marie Rasmusson appeared on NBC's Today show this morning, where she discussed how unwanted attention from Minnesota cops continues to be such a concern, she plans to move out of state.

The subject of our February cover story, "Is This Woman Too Hot to Have a Driver's License," Rasmusson began receiving attention from officers who seemed to know a lot about her a few years ago. Through an audit from the Department of Public Safety, she discovered her driver's license record had been accessed 425 time from 2007 to August 2011 -- by 104 different officers in 18 agencies across Minnesota. In June, City Pages obtained data pointing to another 174 look ups.

Anne Marie Rasmusson names cops in data breach lawsuit

Experts say it could be the largest private data breach by police officers in history.

Rasmusson sued the the agencies, individual officers, and governing bodies named in the audit, and has won over $1 million in settlements so far. But as Rasmusson -- a former cop herself -- tells Today show correspondent Kevin Tibbles, the impact the ordeal has had on her life is irreversible.

"Being outside right now, right here, is terrifying," she tells Dibbles as they walk around downtown Minneapolis.

"Even with police around?" he asks.

"Because of the potential to see police," she says.

This is a bunch of bullshit, why does this lady deserve a million dollars? Because she was harassed by police officers?   she can take her 1 million, get the fuck out of minnesota.  Buy an iphone and swerve in and out of traffic in a big fucking SUV.  Jesus christ what is wrong with america?

I totally fail to understand the description of "hot." This chick is nowhere near not, not even on the scale. I would go so far as to say "gross."

I prefer her drivers license picture to the vision of her on TV. If she got an updated phone, she wouldn't have to move out of state. She certianly doesn't have that smile anymore. Put that drivers license in your time capsule.

Its great that there are actions being taken to hold Gov/ Law Enforcement accountable....This is a sign of times as we say goodbye to the Bill of Rights and our Civil Liberties

Still not sure why they looked her up? Regardless, this seems like a HUGE "no no" and downright cliched bad cop behavior

I'm surprised she didn't move any earlier... I would be creeped out, and never felt safe if I was her. None of those officers who looked her up should have any positions in law enforcement anymore... or any job that has access to state records for that matter...

Um.... 1. How is this news? 2. Why were cops looking her up when she looks like hell? 3. No one is going to miss you!

My ex-husband had a friend that works at the DMV look me up to find my current address and if I was married. I really should have had his friend fired

A tragic example of how the victim continues to pay the price of the violation of her rights by others. Winning in court - just doesn't bring the justice she deserves and those responsible walk free w/o concern.

I don't blame her. The fucked up system that is Hennepin County is so corrupt and disgusting. The majority of police are wanna be tough guys and a bunch of fucking crooks. Cops have free reign to fuck with anybody and go completely unopposed, because this is what happens when you let criminals police themselves. I saw a police officer pull a gun on a black man for jay walking on a yellow light when the road was clear, with children behind the man. This was at Hennepin at 7th st with many children and innocent people standing around. Arrested him for jaywalking. This was immediately after being told off by a white man who had parked on Hennepin, talking on the phone. The cops out here are brutes.

@Michelle Glass so where's your photo Michelle? I bet you're so stunning you don't dare post it because of the overwhelming attention it'll draw.....yeah, that's gotta be the reason

@philbo001 I've now got my license safely tucked away in my time capsule, thanks for the great suggestion and mind blowing supportiveness you've displayed. Are you so attractive you feel as though you can't display your photo or is it just easier for you to be spineless and cruel anonymously?

@Nick Goers So Nick, does your comment have anything to do with being related to a St. Paul Police Sgt I worked with? By the way, I love the new St. Paul Police T-Shirt design you've posted,
