Charchian, a radio personality on a station known for Vikes homerism, blasted the organization following yesterday's loss.
In the wake of another abysmal performance by the Vikings' passing game, KFAN's Paul Charchian is mad as hell and unwilling to take it anymore.

During an appearance on Fox 9, Charchian -- a host and frequent contributor to a number of shows on KFAN, the Vikings' flagship radio station -- repeatedly offered up this analysis of his feelings after the Purple squandered another otherworldly performance by Adrian Peterson yesterday in Green Bar: "I'm pissed."

Charchian, to the chagrin of his Fox co-hosts, went on to call for inept QB Christian Ponder and the Vikings coaching staff to lose their jobs this offseason. Here's the footage:

Coming into this season, the Vikings were widely expected to finish last in the NFC North, so in that context, hearing Charchian call for a mass firing with the Vikings at 6-6 is surprising. Then again, nobody expected the team to get out of the gate with a 4-1 record or for Adrian Peterson's surgically reconstructed knee to be capable of career-long runs like this gem from yesterday:

Adrian finished with 210 yards on the day. Coming into the game, only seven times since 1960 has a team had a player rush for more than 200 yards in a losing effort. In related news, after yesterday's 119- yard, 2-INT debacle, Ponder's stats through his first 22 starts are almost identical to Tarvaris Jackson's numbers throughout his disappointing 20-start Vikings career. Wasting what may turn out to be AP's best season thanks to an awful passing attack that leaves Vikes fans pining for the days of Chili's "kick ass offense"? We're pissed, too.
