Baby left in car seat while mom showered is abducted in south Mpls [UPDATE]

Details remain sketchy, but Minneapolis police are saying that an 8-month old boy named Carlos Orozco (pictured above) was abducted on the 2100 block of Portland Avenue earlier today.
Police say there is no information at this time about the suspect (Some information has now emerged -- see update below).

Just before noon Minneapolis Police officers in the Third Precinct responded to a call from a mother reporting that she had left her 8 month old baby boy, Carlos Orozco, in his car seat in her apartment in the 2100 block of Portland Avenue South while she took a shower. When she got out of the shower the child was gone.We'll update this post when more information becomes available.
Minneapolis Police Homicide Unit investigators are already assigned to this case and are asking for the public's help in locating Carlos who is described as a not yet mobile Hispanic male dressed in a onesy with a blue and white body and red sleeves. On the chest is the logo "#1 Slugger".

Police are looking for a woman identified as Isabell Diaz Castillo, who is believed to be driving a 2002 Red Kia Sportage with front end damage. The license plate number on the vehicle is 242-GAU.Mitch Pittman uploaded a screengrab of the Amber Alert notification on social media. It suggests the 12-year-old son of Castillo may have committed the abduction:
Castillo is described as a recent friend of the mother, 5 feet 4 inches tall with a light build. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, and may be in the company of her 12-year-old son.
According to MPD spokesman Sgt. William Palmer, 8-month-old Carlos Orozco has been found safe and sound and a suspect is in custody:
