Owner of Stillwater's Land of Pharaohs massage parlor deported for fondling female customers

Malak was convicted of crossing the line during two massages, and as a result he now finds himself back in the actual Land of Pharaohs.
Amir Abd El Malak, owner of Stillwater's Land of Pharaohs massage parlor, has been deported after he was sentenced to 10 years' probation for fondling female clients.

In January, a jury convicted Malak, 37, of two counts of felony criminal sexual conduct in connection with the 2012 incidents.

It's unclear what exactly Malak did to the customers, but the Pioneer Press, citing the criminal complaint, reports that "Malak inappropriately touched a 59-year-old woman on Jan. 13 [2012] and inappropriately touched a 29-year-old woman on Jan. 17 [2012] while giving massages." He told police the incidents were a "mistake."

"Some people come because they hurt, some people come for relax [sic] and some people come for sex," Malak told investigators.

Earlier this month, as soon as Malak's sentencing hearing ended, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents took him into custody. He's already been deported back to his native Egypt, Stillwater Patch reports.

Fred Fink, head of the criminal division for the Washington County attorney's office, explained that Malak's convictions "qualify under the automatic deportation rules related to moral turpitude."

It's the easiest crack ever, but here goes -- talk about an unhappy ending!
