Andy Parrish goes on MSNBC to talk Bachmann, doesn't wear pants [PHOTO]

He did, however, wear shorts.
This afternoon, Andy Parrish, former chief of staff for Michele Bachmann's ill-fated presidential campaign, made a guest appearance on Andrea Mitchell's MSNBC show to talk about Bachmann's big announcement.

Parrish's appearance was noteworthy for a few reasons. Though he recently produced an affidavit that doesn't mince words about the role Bachmann allegedly played in an ethics scandal involving an Iowa state Senator, Parrish characterized his ex-boss as a "conservative hero" in a state that doesn't have many conservatives to begin with and described the August 2011 Ames Straw Poll triumph he helped engineer as "a great victory." (That accomplishment, whatever it's worth, will arguably go down as the crowning achievement of Bachmann's political career.)

Parrish went on to say Bachmann has already changed the world for the better in at least some small way and argued that without President Obama on the ballot next year, she would've been able to defeat Jim Graves for a second straight election.

And oh yeah, he did it all while not wearing pants: Even Parrish's attorney John Gilmore couldn't resist the photo opportunity: Please leave your funniest caption ideas in the comments. Here's mine: "MSNBC? What?! But I got dressed for the Bradlee Dean show!"

Why was he not wearing pants? Poor Maddow, having to try to be serious, under such unconventional circumstances.

I know for a fact that Michele has defected to Russia! Also, Andy isn't wearing pants because of that pesky "pants on fire" lying stuff.

He looks like he could be someone's cross dressing pivot man.

You can take the guy out of jail, but......

Benjamin is that same dingus that complained about the cop being fired for nearly killing the guy in the bar by punching him. Go back to prison, Benny, where calling people "faggot" is okay!

Most tea party cult members have short man's disease. Look at Bob Davis of the Newtown go to hell quote. Just a little angry man in big boy's clothes.

All in all, a great day for Minnesota. I do have my doubts about what she is up to. Maybe Marcus is finally coming out of the closet.

@Jason Carle Television studios tend to be air conditioned, and if anything on the distinctly cool to cold side, not hot.  People appearing on national television, either cable or broadcast, tend to be sufficiently professional to dress accordingly, even if the camera doesn't show their lower parts.

So either there was some catastrophe to his pants (I like the idea of spontaneous combustion because of all the Bachmann pants-on-fire fact check failures) or he is behaving distinctly oddly and unprofessionally.

If you want to be taken seriously for your opinion, a person usually wears more appropriate clothing.  I could understand if he was a last minute replacement for someone where literally he didn't have an opportunity to change out of casual clothes, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

@Benjamin Schwelling That statement proves only one thing...YOU'RE A COMPLETE DUMBFUCK

@Drewey Why is he a dumbfuck? If you actually saw the writers/bloggers at CP in person, you would laugh your ass off. A bunch of fucking OWS "social justice" losers who make $10/hr spewing ill-informed liberal propaganda to the sheeple. If anyone is a dumbfuck, it is you as you drink this Kool Aid. If you want to talk shit about Bachmann's gaffes, that is fine. But why don't you look at the total gaffe that is the Liberal Governor of this state who can't even make a statement to the media without making an ass out of himself. At least Michelle and her husband pay taxes and do not hide their money in a South Dakota tax-sheltered bank like Governor DumbFuck does. Michelle and her husband contribute more to this state (in terms of taxes) than Mark Daytoon ever has. Mark Dayton is nothing but a member of the 1% who brainwashes you low-information Liberals into believing that the rich owes you something. As long as that money does not come from Mark Dayton, of course. Because, you know........that money is HIS!!!!!!  You are a fucking hypocrite loser. But keep on drinking the Kool Aid. When this nation collapses from socialist policies, and riots break out when there are not enough tax payers to fund welfare and other government freebies, where are you going to run to? Mexico? Canada? Maybe you can move to Somalia and get a job as a cab driver.

@kennyX @Drewey You literally just hit every factually inaccurate talking point on taxes that shelly wants you to.  You just stole the dumbfuck award from Mr. Schwelling.  Dayton pays Mn income tax every year 30K+ in 2010 and 50k for 2011. He also doesn't feed at the teet of the federal government like Shelly (do a little research on the subsidies that she has received).  So, as usual you are a drooling, frothing, worked up dumb shit that only believes what you are told by liars.  I wish you would at least make it slightly challenging for me to prove that.  Hell, I don't really have to do anything, you just need to type and the proof is right there.
