Chadarith Um allegedly exposed himself, but says he wouldn't because he's not well endowed

Um told cops he's ashamed of his "very small penis."
Only 31 years old, Chadarith Um has already established an impressively disturbing legacy of exposing and touching himself at libraries and bookstores throughout the Twin Cities.

If you're thinking that's nothing to be proud of, you're right. But in any event, Um will probably have to cool it for a little while, because he's currently behind bars and facing two gross misdemeanor charges after he allegedly exposed his genitals to young children at the Burnhaven Library in Burnsville.

We first wrote about Um back in September 2011 when he was charged with masturbating in public. Twice. During the same day.

The Pioneer Press updates what he's been up to since then, including some details about the latest allegations:
[Um] was charged in February of this year with exposing himself to a woman in the children's section of the Barnes & Noble bookstore in Apple Valley.

A few months later, in May, he was again charged with exposing himself in a Barnes & Noble -- this time in Eagan. The warrants on both charges were outstanding before his most recent arrest.

In the latest incident, prosecutors say, Um was sitting on the floor in the children's section of the Burnhaven Library with his legs crossed, reading a book.

A nanny who was there with two young children said his genitals were exposed through a hole in his pants.

When officers approached him in the library about the incident, he "appeared to feign surprise" about the accusation, the criminal complaint said.
But the best part pertains to what police say Um told them next.

BringMeTheNews, citing the complaint, reports that Um told cops he would never consider showing off his goods in public because "he has a very small penis and he is even embarrassed to show it to his girlfriends."

Suffice it to say authorities weren't persuaded by that one.

We'd love to know how officers responded to Um, but since the criminal complaint doesn't say, you'll have to use your imagination. Just don't use it too hard.
