Emergency vehicles in the Lyn-Lake area can be heard rushing to 3043 Grand Avenue South, where a home reportedly exploded and partially collapsed this afternoon.

Here's what KARE 11's John Croman heard on the police scanner: Police clips reports that "Multiple FD and EMS units [are] en route. 1st FD Units confirming reports and laying tank line for small amount of fire."

More from Croman: And KSTP provides this bizarre tidbit: KSTP also reports that the initial police call about the blast came in just before 4 p.m.
