KSTP broadcasts video of its own vehicle crashing

This still is from the KSTP vehicle's dashboard moments before it slid into the car at right.
KSTP usually reports the news, but this morning one of its own vehicles became part of the Snownami story after it was involved in a wreck on I-94 just west of downtown Minneapolis while cameras were rolling.

The station broadcast the footage during its morning show. Thankfully, it sounds as though reporter Todd Wilson, photographer Adam Stevens, and other folks involved in the wreck weren't injured.

Here's the footage:

Dumb asses shouldn't be out on the road. Is reporting the snow that important that they risk their safety and that of others???

Todd Adam and others, if you don't already have a most excellent chiropractor, give me a call 612 822 0149 and ask for Dana. Getting your body checked is more important than your car. The parts aren't as easily replaced!

Did any one catch the 11am news today? Brad Sattin was a total douche bag to this reporter who got in the accident. Glad 5 is getting rid of that dude.

It's so idiotic to go out on the nasty, congested road to show us what snowy, slow traffic looks like! They're adding to the problem and we all are quite aware what bad traffic looks like. Stay at the office and report the news, don't make it.

Unnecessary idiots out screwing up traffic. That goes for all the "news" stations.

It wasn't an easy commute this morning, and things are not looking better for the evening commute.
