Winona County Republicans share post comparing Hillary to satan

What would this make Bill?
Last month, MNGOP Chair Keith Downey announced party officials were developing new social media best practice guidelines. The move came at least partly in response to the Winona County GOP getting itself in trouble for sharing a Facebook post about the Obamas that alluded to stereotypes about blacks.

Well, either the folks writing the guidelines are a little late delivering the goods, or the document never made its way down to Winona. Because today, Winona County Republicans are back up to their old tricks with two Facebook posts that are questionable at best.

The first one is at the top of this post. Here's the second:

In fairness, who doesn't want to wage war on babies once in a while?

Hillary could actually run with Satan and beat whatever douchebag the Republican'ts put up in 2016.  Angry old white men are dying daily and more and more young brown folks and LGBT are reaching voting age daily. Can see 'em winning a national election until they stop the hatin'.

Can we check Satan's birth certificate? I mean, I have my doubts that he is a U.S. citizen.

The bright side of stupid antics like this is we can still identify the willfully ignorant from a distance.

That is shameful. I thought Minnesotans were nice. And fair. I just hope they are transplants from some other area .

Better than MNGOP Chair Keith Downey and party officials who relegate by demonizing others they fear, preach with these posts like Satan followers in sheep clothing!

A war on babies probably wouldn't involve fighting to fund SNAP, rather than cut it, fighting to establish universal care for all newborns, rather than repeal it, and fighting to fund education, rather than slash it.  The GOP must have some other definition of "War" not commonly in use.   Oh, that's right, they are all about being pro-BIRTH, not so good on the whole pro-LIFE part.

I always felt Satan was a little too firm on the whole capital punishment and death penalty thing. I do enjoy that he's somewhat relaxed on social issues though, so I commend him on that.

Why would anyone capable of critical thought be associated with this group of slack jawed, knuckle dragging, bugger picking, xenophobic, mental midgets? Just askin.

Sounds like the Republican's are running scared already!

Kenny Peterson, could you point out the articles where CP has likened ANY politician to Satan? Having trouble with finding them. Face it, there may be some liberal wack-a-doos at CP, but they never stoop this low.

What an insult to satan!

What's the news? City Pages does this to Bachman - and every politician to the Right of very far Left - at least five times a week.

I'd vote for her, but I totally want that on a T-shirt

I set out running but I take my time. A friend of the Devil is a friend of mine.

Obviously the point they're trying to make is that babies should have guns.

@MNjoe

Yeah, but most of the young brown folks are in or will be going to prison.

Presumably the various Islamic extremists that refer to the U.S. as the great Satan have already done that, LOL.

No they shouldn't.

I would hope the Satanists who are petitioning to put up one of their own statues next to the 10 commandments on the grounds of the OK capitol might come after the Winona MN GOP.  They went after the Westboro Baptist Church by holding 'pink masses' over the grave of the mother of the founder of the WBC,   The pink mass consists of holding gay weddings there using her headstone as the alter; it is intended (presumably humorously) to convert the WBC founder's mom to being a Lesbian.  They claim that when those gay couples kiss who were married there, mom will be 'pleasured' in the afterlife.  Don't anyone get too outraged; they did this in protest of the WBC coming to protest the funerals of those who died in the Boston Marathon bombing.

Just think what they could come up with to oppose the MN GOP in Winona.  Heck, this comes to mind, for starters, as lawn signs, etc.:

What City Pages does to Bachmann is accurately report the things she says and does.   She looks stupid because she is a stupid liar just like you.

@WhiteMatt @MNjoe Wishful thinking on your part - it's a small percentage that go to prison and as marijuana and minor drug offenses start to be decriminalized, that number will go do dramatically. Most 'brown folks' are law-abiding, hard-working people trying to raise a family like everyone else. And they vote. Hillary/Warren 2016!

@WhiteMatt  Kenny is a liar.  He is contributing nothing but stupidity here, its annoying.   I don't name call everyone.  I name call the liars and the assholes.  If you cared about civility you would call out all the name callers but you only care about me because you don't like the aggressive liberal.   Go fuck yourself you phony fucking asshole.
