Always wanted to dress like Sid? Here's your big chance!
Sid Hartman is 93 years young and still going strong as a Star Tribune columnist, but he's taking the unusual step of holding a pre-death estate sale.

The sale, organized by a company called Estate Sales Minnesota, is taking place in a commercial building at 6900 Oxford Street in St. Louis Park between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Twin Cities Business reports.

Sid is selling some of his suits, shirts, pants, and shoes, along with sports merch and other trinkets. He'll be there in the flesh signing autographs from about 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday.

From the TCB Mag report:
Dana Arvidson, owner of Estate Sales Minnesota, told Twin Cities Business that estate sales usually take place when a family member has died or someone is moving into a smaller home or apartment. However, she said Hartman's sale is designed simply to unload his excess clothing and he isn't planning a move.

Arvidson said her company determined the value of the goods Hartman plans to sell but declined to disclose the total value of the estate sale.
In other words, it's Sid's world and we're all just living in it.
