Al Franken missed Obama's speech for Harold Ramis's funeral

Even though President Obama's Minnesota approval rating is at an all-time low and the Senate is in session in D.C., Al Franken planned to travel to St. Paul to be at POTUS's Union Depot speech.

But on Monday morning, his good pal Harold Ramis passed away, and Al instead spent yesterday in Chicago for Ramis's funeral.

Here's what Al had to say about Harold on Twitter: Ramis, perhaps best known for his role in the Ghostbusters films, died at 69 from complications associated with autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis. Franken starred in his 1995 film, Stuart Saves His Family.
