The Saturday morning shootout happened around this intersection.

"Officers located this vehicle within minutes of the shots-fired reports," the criminal complaint continues.

Inside were Minneapolis residents Michael Rolack Jr., 33, and Tylynne Wilson, 31, along with Columbia Heights resident Loretha Peoples, 22. Rolack Jr. was driving.

A stolen handgun with an empty magazine was found in the SUV's center console, and a discharged casing was found by Wilson's foot in the front passenger area. A bullet strike was later found on the vehicle's hood.

Yesterday, Rolack Jr. was charged with two counts of second-degree assault, one count of drive-by shooting, one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm, and one count of theft. Wilson was charged with theft, second-degree riot, and felon in possession, and Peoples was charged with second-degree riot.

Police haven't yet located second vehicle involved in the shootout or the passengers inside of it.

"The investigation is ongoing," the criminal complaint says.

Second degree assault? How about attempted murder?

So much for investigative reporting. A little background on the perps would be, well,  actual reporting! Just because you have freedom of the press doesn't mean you have to exercise it.

Classy, the 22 year old woman with the tattooed neck already had a felony record and now will have two. We'll be paying for her unemployable ass for another 40 to 50 years either in prison or on welfare. I'm sure we're already paying for the guys in their 30s. We should bring back poor farms, no work no food!!

See, Keith Ellison is right. If we banned assault weapons, shootings like this would never happen, and......oh wait..........
