​City Pages alum Diablo Cody has a new project in the works, and it's set in Minneapolis.

Minnesota Film and TV Board Director Lucinda Winter says she has seen a treatment for the film, called Young Adult, which is about a woman who stalks her high-school sweetheart. Cody is still writing the screenplay, but Mr. Mudd and Mandate Pictures, producers behind Cody's previous hit Juno, have already signed on.

Winter said she would hopes to lure the production to Minneapolis to shoot, and will make her case to the producers when she travels to Los Angeles in mid-April.

"We need to see what their budget will be, and what their time-frame is, so we can get a sense of what kind of incentives we'll be able to give them to bring them here," Winter said. "It's definitely early in the game. These are just initial discussions."

​Diablo Cody, the former stripper and City Pages editor who won an Academy Award for her Juno screenplay, is no stranger to the backlash that can accompany success. And she was happy to talk about the topic in an interview with London's Guardian newspaper ahead of the U.K. premiere of Jennifer's Body, the latest Megan Fox vehicle for  which she wrote the screenplay.

Sure, screenwriter Diablo Cody's latest film, Jennifer's Body, has barely hit theaters, but with reviews that are decidedly, uh, mixed, it may not be too soon to think about Cody's next projects. The latest word (via Cinematical) is that Cody was set to meet with Hugh Hefner to discuss working on a long-delayed film about the Playboy founder's life story.

In the latest advertisement for the upcoming Diablo Cody film "Jennifer's Body" actress Megan Fox has filmed a faux-PSA helping kids deal with their school bullies.

You've got to be yourself no matter what it takes, she says. Even if that includes slowly killing and eating the bullies who bring you down.

In the comedy horror flick, Fox plays a zombie cheerleader who feeds off the boys in her school.

Rock on, Cody! Let's just hope no idiot kid actually takes this ad seriously and does just that. Cody might have an interesting lawsuit (and kid's blood) on her hands.

​ Diablo Cody is front and center in the most recent issue of Bust magazine. And she looks stunning.

We haven't been able to track down the text of the cover feature, but Cody is looking powerful and sexy and vicious in the photo previews we saw. We'll poke fun at Cody once in awhile for her sometimes overly-witty use of the English language, but this lady is rocking it and we are proud to say she is a City Pages alumnae.

Cody's latest film, "Jennifer's Body," will be released in theaters Sept. 18.

We've been following Diablo Cody's much-anticipated second movie, "Jennifer's Body" to see if she can live up to the "Juno" indie acclaim she received. Can she really pull off a horror-comedy flick about a cheerleader who is possessed and eats boys? The verdict is still out.

Not only is "Jennifer's Body" a movie, but there is a tie-in graphic novel too. Are we lucky or what? We can't get enough sexy naked cheerleader.

The red band movie trailer for Diablo Cody's upcoming movie "Jennifer's Body" was just released. We have to admit it looks a little more dark and entertaining than we were expecting. We'll give Cody a chance on this one. There aren't many new "horror" films we actually think could prove to be worth the $9 ticket price. As long as you know what you're expected of course: possessed cheerleader, sex, naked Megan Fox.

So we have kind of ripped Diablo Cody's upcoming movie, "Jennifer's Body". We just can't expect much from a movie about a possessed cheerleader.

Now that we're getting some more juicy details, we are intrigued beyond belief. This could either be horrifying or the world's best comedy. Maybe it's really both! We won't know until we see it on the big screen. Or we might just Netflix it.

Access Hollywood interviewed leading lady Megan Fox and she talks about eating boys. Oh, and she isn't a virgin and that's why she ends up possessed.

Consider us hooked. We swear it's not because we now know she shows off her naked bod.

Yep, you heard it right. Diablo Cody managed to get super-sex kitten Megan Fox topless for her upcoming movie "Jennifer's Body".

Considering the movie is about a possessed cheerleader, Cody had to do something to ensure her movie was a hit. Getting Fox to show some boob is probably a sure-fire answer.

The NY Daily News is flipping out about it, but apparently these are kind of old news. We wouldn't know since we aren't prowling the internet for tits.
