Tommy Thompson: Former Governor of entire Midwest!

A recent search on Yahoo! revealed a bit of inadvertent resum&eacue; by GOP political candidate Tommy Thompson. Not only was he a four-term governor of Wisconsin, but, according to the blurb for his campaign website and Wikipedia entry, the indefatigable Thompson was apparently the governor of Michigan as well. (Not to mention being Virginia-Highlands' most popular bandleader.)

A fresh step in marketing synergy

Thought it was interesting that an AP story about a cat saving a family from carbon monoxide poisoning on MSNBC's Pet Health page featured a Fresh Step cat litter ad asking the reader to "scratch and sniff," and touts its own odor-eliminating carbon. Maybe Winnie's cat box was just too full.
