Alexander McCall Smith cancels talk at the State Theatre

Alexander McCall Smith, author of several popular series, including The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency, has canceled his talk scheduled for Monday, April 26 at the State Theatre.
The prolific writer is unable to make the trip from Scotland to the U.S. due to airline travel restrictions in wake of Iceland's volcanic eruption. The talk was to be part of the Living Legend Series. At this point in time there are no plans to reschedule.
Tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase.
