Thursday evening Twin Cities Public Television premieres their brand new show, MN Original, a half-hour program celebrating locally-grown artists. The new weekly show will focus on all manners of creativity in our fair state, with segments on musicians, visual artists, poets, writers, dancers, filmmakers, architects, designers, and everything in between.
Online teaser vids have been circulating for the past couple months,
cluing art lovers in on what's in store for the series. Mini-snippets

fashion designers to experimental musicians prove without a
doubt that MN Original has got its finger on the pulse of the
local art scene.
Tonight's premiere episode will feature renowned photographer Alec Soth,
metal sculptor Heather Doyle, Plein Air painter Joe Paquet, the
musical stylings of Twilight Hours, and more. The show kicks off at
7:30 p.m. tonight on tpt2. It will repeat Saturday, April 24 at 6:30 p.m. on
the statewide MN Channel and on tptLIFE, Sunday, April 25 at 6 p.m. and
