We drank, we dined, we danced at Azia Restaurant and Caterpillar Lounge over the years. This Sunday will mark the last day that the popular Eat Street bar will be open. You can help drink them out of business at their farewell party, complete with open bar.
The cover charge to the final evening is $50 and can be purchased at the door or online. That may sound steep, but entrance includes an open bar, 2 rooms of DJ music, and live musicians in the dining room. But don't get too teary over farewells, restaurant owners will be opening their new hot spot, Thom Pham's Wondrous Azian Kitchen, next week.
Azia is located at 2550 Nicollet Avenue South. The event runs from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday, August 8. Tickets can be purchased online at azia.eventbrite.com.
