Bedlam Theatre hosts open house in their new space
Though the new Seward neighborhood headquarters are merely for the time being, the space is being used for more than just storage. During the open house visitors will be able to tour the venue, which is being used as a rehearsal space, special place for meetings, and artist town halls. Guests will also be able to ask questions about upcoming events being planned by Bedlam Theatre, including their tenth season of the Ten-Minute Play Festival, Infiamatti Fire Show, Queertopia, and a collaboration with the Walker Art Center involving new work by Improbable Theater.
The Bedlam Theatre open house is Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from noon to 7 p.m. The new space is located in the Ivy Arts Building at 2712 East 27th Street in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis. There will also be hot cider and grilled kielbasa, so come hungry. For more info, visit the space website at bedlamtheatre.org.
