Last weekend Walker, a town boasting a population of 1,500, hosted 10,000 visitors for their annual Eelpout Festival, an event celebrating a super-ugly fish. One of those guests included Australian media personality Rove McManus, who was there to tape a segment for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

The trip most likely provided plenty of fodder; the festival features plenty of wacky happenings, including the opportunity to kiss a fish for good luck, to drink from an 30,000 pound ice bar, and to cheer on folks as they dress up and jump into a freezing lake. The insanity of it all, through the perspective of Perth native McManus, should make for interesting television.

So how will Minnesotans come across when interviewed by an Australian for the Tonight Show? See for yourself tonight; the show airs at 10:35 p.m. on NBC.
