|Youths from the Real World: San Diego living it up|
Do you thrive on drama, have a histrionic personality, and have no qualms about acting out on national television? Do you also happen to be young and good looking? Then you need to attend this Wednesday's open casting call for the Real World 27
As usual, the folks at Bunim/Murray are looking for applicants who are facing modern dilemmas, including finding work post college in a shitty economy, dealing with death from natural disasters, or protesting at an Occupy event. Casting directors also love people who are part of interesting subcultures, so if you're emo, home-schooled, or pro-abstinence, this could be your moment to shine (yes, these types of folks were specifically mentioned in the release). You must be 20 years of age or older, but you can't be too old, as the casting call requests that folks "appear to be between the ages of 20 and 24."
The casting event will take place this Wednesday, October 26 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Blarney's Pub (412 14th Ave. SE) in Dinkytown. Be sure to bring a photo I.D. and a recent photograph that you are willing to part with, as it will not be returned.
The city for the latest series has yet to be announced, so if you're cast who knows where you'll end up. For more information on auditioning, visit www.bmpcasting.com/casting/realworld
