This weekend is a great week for free winter festivals. The Saint Paul Winter Carnival started up this Thursday, so the capital city is bustling with activities including free sporting events, ice sculpting contests, outdoor yoga in the park, and more. Folks who like fancy sleds will want to check out the Art Sled Rally this Saturday in Powderhorn Park, and warm up on the dance floor at Rockabilly Night at 331 Club. Fans of pub trivia should also be sure to attend Trivia Mafia's five-year anniversary party.

126th Saint Paul Winter Carnival
